AI Editing/Rewriting
Some authors are using artificial intelligence (AI) to write their books these days, but this can be problematic for several reasons:
If you hope to get a traditional publishing contract, most all literary agents and publishers will ask you to sign a contract stating you did NOT use AI for the writing of your manuscript. (That said, most of them will allow you to use it for helping you create an outline, for proofreading, and for research.)
The U.S. government says that an AI-written book cannot be copyrighted by the author because the nature of generative AI is, by its nature, plagiarism.
Often, AI writing is poor quality and contains numerous errors.
This is where specific AI editing and rewriting come in. I can help you make sure your book manuscript reads well and is ready for publishing.

“I will forever be blessed by the way Melanie brought my memoir to life. I knew I wanted to work with her after I learned that she worked on Nancy Levin’s books and so many Hay House authors. The first time I talked with Melanie, I felt instantly connected by her kind and nurturing spirit and knew she was the one for me. God knew I needed her keen eye, expertise, professionalism and motivational support to lead me into becoming the author I was meant to be. There are not enough thank yous in this world to acknowledge my appreciation for everything she did for me. I highly recommend Melanie with my whole heart and soul to anyone who is in need of a book coach or editor. She is a Godsend.”
